Zena, a highly respected litigator, will be splitting her time between Milberg’s growing Competition Litigation practice and leading the firm’s newly established International Disputes practice, including complex EU litigation, as Milberg London looks to broaden its disputes capabilities.
Zena is a barrister practicing in complex commercial litigation, with particular focus on competition litigation and international dispute resolution. She has experience in public and private antitrust enforcement in the EU and the UK as well as regulatory and internal investigations, including co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional proceedings. She advises on state aid, public procurement, international trade and ESG issues and related national and cross-border litigation. Her international dispute resolution practice encompasses commercial and investment arbitration as well as questions of public and private international law.
James Oldnall, Managing Partner of Milberg London, said:
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Zena to the firm. This marks a significant milestone in Milberg London’s growth. Zena’s considerable experience in high-profile cases and legal talent will enhance our existing capabilities as well as strengthen our wider offering in Competition Litigation and International Dispute resolution, with a focus also on the EU. She is an accomplished, driven litigator who will thrive in our collaborative, high-performance culture. We have every confidence that Zena will contribute significantly to our firm’s on-going success and help us achieve new heights.”
Zena Prodromou added:
“I am very excited to join Milberg London. I will be able to develop and grow my practice within a team I share the same ethos and level of energy, dynamism and ambition with. The firm has achieved phenomenal results in its first 5 years. I look forward to being part of its further success and, together with Natasha Pearman, taking the Competition Litigation practice to the next level. I am equally enthusiastic for the opportunity to build the firm’s International Disputes practice, and adding, amongst other things, International Arbitration to Milberg London’s thriving litigation group.”
