Tom is a Senior Associate who advises on complex commercial disputes and claimant group action matters. He joined Milberg London in October 2024.
Tom began his legal career in a International Disputes team in 2015. During this time, he acted in a number of competition damages and general commercial claims. His experience includes acting for a Part 20 Defendant airline in the Air Cargo follow-on and stand-alone damages claim, and acting in a variety of high value, complex commercial disputes.
Tom joined Milberg London from a well known silver circle firm,, where he acted, amongst other things, in complicated, multi-party actions. Tom frequently acted for large groups of claimants in cases against their professional advisors.
Tom is recommended in the Legal 500 as “hard working; on top of the detail” and that he “never fails to respond with a solution”.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys hiking, cooking, and travelling.
