Tom is a Senior Associate who advises on complex commercial disputes and claimant group action matters. He joined Milberg London in October 2024.
Tom began his legal career at Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP, where he then qualified into their International Disputes team in 2015. During this time, he acted in a number of competition damages and general commercial claims. His experience includes acting for a Part 20 Defendant airline in the Air Cargo follow-on and stand-alone damages claim, and acting in a variety of high value, complex commercial disputes.
Tom joined Milberg London from Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, where he acted, amongst other things, in complicated, multi-party actions. Tom frequently acted for large groups of claimants in cases against their professional advisors.
Tom is recommended in the Legal 500 as “hard working; on top of the detail” and that he “never fails to respond with a solution”.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys hiking, cooking, and travelling.
