Steen began his career in Australia where he trained at a reputable commercial litigation practice. Following a move to the UK, Steen developed a specialism in financial services litigation with a focus on consumer credit, mis-selling and fraud, working closely with major lenders, intermediaries and financial institutions. With experience of both high-value disputes and the management of volume litigation brought against institutional clients, Steen brings a unique perspective to Milberg’s practice and deploys that knowledge to assist his clients.
