She has experience overseeing third-party resources, and training and onboarding new staff members.

Before joining Milberg London in April 2024, Lisa worked as an Affiliate Relationship Manager specialising in Diesel Emissions Claims. In this role, she contributed to SEO content writing to drive leads to various websites, crafted email content to boost open rates, and continuously optimised the online customer journey for a better user experience.

Lisa’s main passion has always been Customer Service, which she believes is key to taking care of clients.

Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, completing park runs and holidays abroad.
