As well as overseeing the firm’s use of data in the group action cases, she works closely with the partners to better understand how data can be used to streamline business operations and better serve the clients.
Legally trained but data curious, Jessica graduated from the University of Bristol in 2019 and quickly transitioned to working with data to improve the legal services. Her interest in group action begun when she worked for a litigant firm fighting the contaminated blood cases but came into fruition during her time as data manager and business analyst at Keller Postman UK.
With an intersectional understanding between law and data, Jessica is eager to transform Milberg through data-driven decision-making and maximise the impact of group action claims in the fight against corporate wrongdoing.
