Before joining Milberg, Hadley worked as an Associate at a leading UK and international law firm in its Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. There she acquired a broad range of commercial litigation experience acting for both claimants and defendants. Hadley has also resolved a number of cases through alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Hadley worked for several years at one of America’s largest publicly traded real estate investment trusts after briefly working in the television industry.
Hadley has a bachelor’s degree (Magna cum Laude) from Loyola Marymount University (USA), a law degree from University of Surrey, a LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management (Distinction) from the University of Law, and a PG Dip in EU Competition Law from King’s College London. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2020.
A previous client described Hadley as: “…an excellent lawyer to work with. She is able to apply both her knowledge of law and experience effectively and balances this with pragmatic approaches to resolve disputes. Hadley is incredibly diligent, relentlessly hard working and it seems almost permanently available to support when timelines are tight. Impossible to fluster, a good listener and interpreter of the nuances of situations. An emotionally intelligent lawyer with, expert knowledge, a strong set of values and a wonderful working manner.” (Jo Franklin, Group Commercial Director, COINS)
