Grace primarily works on competition litigation in the tech space, including on opt out collective proceedings against Apple in relation to the operation of Apple Pay and Valve Corporation regarding anti-competitive pricing of PC games.

Grace has a background in commercial and competition disputes, including large multijurisdictional claims, and has a particular interest in the impact of competition law on consumer rights in light of the reach of established big tech. Grace has a range of experience across Milberg’s competition disputes and has played a key role in the early case development of collective proceedings and assisting with litigation funding arrangements. Grace has also been involved in the exploration and development of novel group actions at the forefront of the regime.

Grace joined Milberg as an Associate in September 2023. Prior to joining Milberg, Grace was an Associate in the dispute resolution team at leading silver circle firm, where she trained and qualified, and her experience included acting for a defendant in large international follow-on damages claims and collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Grace qualified as a solicitor in September 2021. Grace has a BA in History from Durham, and MA in Public Policy (Human Rights) from UCL
