Gavin has worked on a number of very high-profile matters, including cases which featured in the top 20 cases of 2022 and 2023 in leading industry magazine ‘The Lawyer’. These were the c.£400 million long-running Ingenious film finance litigation, brought by over 500 claimants, and the c.$10 billion dispute between the Federal Republic of Nigeria and P&ID.
As a result of his mathematical background, Gavin has an analytical, methodical and detail orientated approach to his case work, and has a particular expertise in cases involving complex quantum.
