Courtney works across the business on commercial litigation matters and the firm’s claimant group actions, including the firm’s emissions cheating cases. She also assists in early case development and various marketing initiatives. Courtney has an exceptional eye for detail, is skilled at applying the theory of law to practice and quickly established herself as an important member of the team.
Courtney is passionate about Milberg London’s mission to advocate for consumer rights and to hold large corporate wrongdoers to account. Courtney has always had a keen interest in advocating for and helping others, having fundraised for Mind, the mental health charity, and volunteered at a local Mind charity shop while undertaking her Law degree. Courtney was previously the leader of her school’s Voluntary Service and volunteered at a school for children with special needs for a number of years whilst at school.
Prior to joining Milberg London, Courtney worked as a Recruitment Consultant in the social care sector. Courtney gained experience in managing relationships with her own clients and working closely with Local Authorities to meet their social care staffing needs.
Courtney has a First-Class degree in Law from the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in Medical Ethics and Law from King’s College London, for which she was awarded a Distinction.
