Alicia began her legal career training at a leading UK and international law firm, where she qualified into their Employment Team in 2019. As an Employment Law specialist, Alicia acquired a broad range of litigation experience acting for both claimants and defendants and advised on a wide range of noteworthy contentious and non-contentious matters. Alicia also advocated in the Employment Tribunal. Though she no longer specialises in employment law, Alicia continues to apply the litigation experience she gained during that time to the benefit of her clients today.
Alicia is an experienced disputes lawyer, and her expertise covers high-value cases with both domestic and international elements. She is well experienced in High Court litigation, particularly in the field of civil fraud.
Alicia has a keen and ongoing interest in promoting social mobility within the legal sector. She was previously an E-mentor for the Sutton Trust and volunteered as Professional Ambassador for Aspiring Solicitors.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys hiking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
“Alicia assisted me with preparing and delivering an employment tribunal claim against my employer based on discriminatory behaviour in the workplace…what struck me from the offset was her empathy, compassion, openness of mind, professionalism and diligence. She is the consummate professional and has a passion and drive that only those who truly believe and love what they do, possess. I can whole heartedly recommend Alicia.” – a former client
