Alicia began her legal career training at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, where she then qualified into their Employment Team in 2019. As an Employment Law specialist, Alicia acted for individuals, corporate clients, and staff associations and their members, advising on a broad range of noteworthy contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Alicia also advocated in the Employment Tribunal.
Alicia now specialises in commercial litigation and represents clients before the English Courts. Though she no longer specialises in employment law, Alicia continues to apply the contentious experience she gained during that time to the benefit of her clients today. Alicia advises on complex, high-value litigation in Milberg’s Commercial Litigation practice, with both domestic and international elements. She has experience of High Court litigation, particularly in the field of civil fraud. Alicia also acts against large institutional defendants as part of the team at Milberg acting for tens of thousands of motorists in various emissions claims.
Alicia has a keen and ongoing interest in promoting social mobility within the legal sector. She was previously an E-mentor for the Sutton Trust and volunteered as Professional Ambassador for Aspiring Solicitors.
