Penny joined Milberg London in November 2024, bringing five years of experience in group action litigation, operations, and data analysis.
She began her career at a previous group action law firm as a Paralegal before moving into a Data Operations Analyst role, where she led cross-functional projects across legal, data and compliance teams. She has worked on high-profile group actions involving tens of thousands of clients, supporting case progression through detailed data work, process design, and stakeholder coordination.
With a first-class degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Penny combines legal knowledge with strong technical skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power Query. She has overseen risk management processes, supervised legal support teams, and contributed to system development and quality assurance to improve client experience and data integrity.
She is passionate about driving efficiencies in complex litigation and using data to support strategic decision-making. Alongside her legal work, she is an active sustainability advocate and community organiser, with experience running workshops and local environmental initiatives.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, sewing, and learning Italian.
