Before joining Milberg, Jon managed several successful campaigns in the financial claims sector, including Payment Protection Insurance (PPI), Income & Savings Tax reclaiming and the mis-selling of car finance & mortgages. Jon gained valuable insights into the financial claims market through his work with the Financial Ombudsman Service giving him a comprehensive understanding of complaints and limitations processes within and outside the Financial Conduct Authority’s remit.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching Sheffield United (when they win) and being involved in Sheffield’s ever-growing music scene.
