Joel Mitchell

Joel joined Milberg London LLP’s Competition Litigation practice as an Associate in September 2024.

Before joining Milberg, Joel was an Associate at another leading group action firm where he gained extensive competition litigation experience, including developing and running collective proceedings, acting as lead on work in the Court of Appeal, and helping to finalise one of the first collective settlements in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
