Grace has a background in commercial and competition disputes, including large multijurisdictional claims, and has a particular interest in the impact of competition law on consumer rights including at the intersection of established big tech and the fintech space. Grace has a range of experience across Milberg’s competition disputes, and has played a key role in the early case development of collective proceedings and assisting with litigation funding arrangements. Grace has also been involved in the exploration and development of novel group actions at the forefront of the regime.
Grace joined Milberg as an Associate in September 2023. Prior to joining Milberg, Grace was an Associate in the dispute resolution team at leading silver circle firm, where she trained and qualified, and where she gained varied commercial and competition litigation experience, including acting for a defendant in large international follow-on damages claims and collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
Grace qualified as a solicitor in September 2021. Grace has a BA in History from Durham, and MA in Public Policy (Human Rights) from UCL.
