Polly Blenkin is an Associate Partner at Milberg London LLP. Polly is a commercial litigator specialising in claims against large institutional defendants. She has a breadth of experience in financial product mis-selling and other financial industry disputes having begun her career as a transactional lawyer working on commercial real estate debt securitisations, structured finance and restructuring deals at Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP.

Polly spent more than 5 years at Mishcon de Reya LLP’s leading litigation practice before establishing Milberg London with James Oldnall and Edward Cardington in 2020. As a rising star, her work on two cases featured in the top 20 cases of 2016 in leading industry magazine “The Lawyer” including the widely reported case of Holmcroft Properties Ltd v KPMG LLP.

Polly also has a history of representing small business owners in mis-selling claims against some of the UK’s biggest high street banks. Polly is passionate about Milberg’s London mission to champion consumer rights and hold wrongdoing corporations to account.

Polly has a first class LLB from the College of Law (as it then was) and a first class Masters degree in History from the University of Edinburgh. She qualified as a solicitor in 2013.

Polly is also a founding committee member for The AdAmi Project and serves on the charity’s board of trustees. The AdAmi Project supports young mothers achieve their full-potential in Sierra Leone.
