Natasha is an expert in EU and UK competition law. She has a particular interest in issues relating to the interplay between competition, consumer protection and data protection in the context of data dominance and platforms. Before joining Milberg, she represented clients from a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, construction, financial services, retail and digital. Natasha developed and led the opt-out consumer collective action – Justin Le Patourel v BT. The second collective action to be successfully certified by the UK’s specialist competition tribunal, the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) and a key case in the development of the CAT’s collective actions regime.
In 2020 Natasha was ranked as a “rising star” in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for Competition Law in 2020. More recently, in relation to Competition Litigation the Legal 500 (2021), described Natasha as providing:
“forensic analysis, quality drafting, and multi-faceted coordination of all aspects of litigation; completely driven, energetic, and focused on winning, but in a calm and considered manner” and an “entrepreneurial approach to spotting and then doggedly pursuing new litigation opportunities. Excellent relationships with funders.”
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Natasha worked as a research scientist in the Biotech sector.
